Head of an agile department responsible for

  • managing all HRM (early talent engagement, recruitment/placement, integration, alignment – internal communication, target deployment, competency management-, development, assessment, retention, noncompliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations) for all (~1700) white collars,
  • organizational change and innovation practices
  • developing new talent management methods for white collar and blue collar work force, which sums up to ~7.000 employees

The department consists of 25 team members, working in multiple roles in:

  • 3 Value Delivery Teams (responsible for creating best experience for ~300 managers and ~1400 non-managerial employees by deploying defined talent and organization development practices.)
